Common questions.
- Can I sign up right now?
- Not yet — self-serve signup is closed while we onboard a small founding group of shops first. Tell us about your shop and we will be in touch; SFI, StyleFlow's built-in intelligence, walks you through setup. No card, no commitment.
- Do I need new payment hardware?
- No. StyleFlow connects to Square — link your existing Square account per shop or per chair, and cash visits are tracked in the same ledger.
- What happens if I hit my monthly SMS or email allotment?
- You get a warning at 80% and sends pause at the limit — nothing is billed silently. You can add credits, or connect your own email/SMS provider account and send unmetered.
- Can I add more staff than my plan includes?
- Yes — extra operator seats are available as an add-on on plans with seat limits.
- What is StyleFlow Intelligence?
- SFI — StyleFlow Intelligence — is scoped to your shop's own data — chat plus scheduled insights. It's included with Enterprise and available to other plans as a paid add-on.
